Framing is completely optional! The artwork will arrive "ready to style." All paintings have edges painted and are properly wired. We’re always happy to help consult on framing options as needed.

We strive to be transparent and fair in our refund policy to ensure a positive experience for our clients while considering the commitments involved in our creative process. 90 Days from the Deadline: Clients can receive a full deposit refund if they cancel their photo commission within 90 days from the deadline. 60 Days from the Deadline: Clients can receive 50% of their deposit back. 30 Days from the Deadline: Unfortunately, no deposits can be refunded within 30 days of the deadline. This is due to potential incurred costs, work already initiated, and declined opportunities that may have arisen close to the deadline. We want to emphasize that our goal is to work collaboratively and understand the unique circumstances of each situation.
